Program Planning and Design

Project design involves the crafting of a meaningful program of development activities that are consistent with the priorities of the supporting agencies, implementing institutions and community needs. Technical inputs related to situational analysis, needs assessment, strategy determination, planning, programming, and budgeting all assist organizations by providing structure and focus.

Initiatives has designed reproductive health integration programs, strategies for HIV/AIDS prevention and control projects, programs for strengthening human resources management, and initiatives for management development in the public, private, and NGO health sectors.
