HIV/AIDS Prevention Project (HAPP)

For this project, Initiatives assisted the Provincial Health Department and the Dr. Soetomo Hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia to strengthen existing universal precaution guidelines for the purpose of preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS among health care workers. The project also created training modules and conducted a training-of-trainers to assist primary health care workers to comply with guidelines.
