Jordan Human Resources Project

The Jordan Human Resources Project (2004–2005) was a Task Order awarded under Initiatives' USAID TASC2 Global Health indefinite quantity contract. Initiatives was responsible for conducting a comprehensive human resources situation analysis including existing staff and training capacity, conducting research on staff motivation, and analyzing issues related to staff salaries and benefits. Initiatives also worked with the Ministry of Health to develop a comprehensive human resources plan to ensure the security of health service delivery in the public sector over the next decade.
